After finding out that Rt. 520 in Lincroft was shut down due to construction during business hours (9AM-4:30PM) and was blocking businesses from being able to bring in customers. I was worried about this, espcially since my parents are small business owners in the affected area (cue pitch to shop at Lincroft Village Jewlers) I was able to speak with Mayor Murray, and My aunt spoke with Freeholder DiMaso, both were able to switch construction starting this Monday to a more reasonable time of 9PM to 5AM so it doesnt affect our businesses, traffic, etc. espcially during an already busy holiday season... Its refreshing to know that Middletown and Monmouth County have great leadership in office who truly care about their community
