One would have wished to know what goes into the selection since it seems to be rotating among some countries alone. Seth Tekper, the finance Minister says we might go back to the IMF to borrow. Nigerias finance Minister Ngozi Iweala a Harvard trained and a woman is turning his economy around whiles another Harvard trained is here playing Mr Nice guy with our economy. Another Harvard trained Lawyer Mahama Ayariga says the finance Minister is being too open about the state of the economy. Charley what is with these Harvard trained men in Ghana?
