After hours of blood curdling screams and things being smashed, a resident at Carelink Community Services on Charmont Ave. was ushered into an ambulance under the cover of darkness, and taken away. She has been screaming on a daily basis, sometimes at 3 am, for over two weeks. I witnessed her crawling on all fours to the front door, totally unattended, screaming at the top of her lungs for help, which didnt come for 25 minutes. The police came after 30 minutes (yes, I called). If you have family in this service, move them, they are NOT being supervised or cared for!!!! This service should be renamed; CarelessLink we dont care about your community service. It has been a nightmare living across from this business (in a residential neighborhood) Thank you Folcroft for lowering the value of my home and making our lives here a living hell!!!
