After joining Energy Australia on an Electricity Deal and having them organise a Direct Debit fortnightly. I am now about to contact them for the fourth time in a year that the Direct Debit has not been done. I am sure that I will get the same amount of profuse apologies that I got the three times before and we will head for time no. 5. Can someone tell me if this constitutes a break of contract or will I still be stuck with this incompetent business.
