After last weeks incredible series of running-related events here in Ithaca (thanks Yassine, Willie, and Ian!), we now have another eventful week coming up for the running community. The Tortoise & Hare Trail Run is coming up at 9AM on Saturday June 7. This epic run goes all the way from Lower to Upper Buttermilk and back again. This is a perfect first trail run - not easy, but oh so satisfying. Theres a fun run for kids as well. Its going to be a gorgeous day to get out on the trails, so dont miss it! Next Wednesday June 11, the Twilight 5K will happen at 7 PM. This short and sweet run or walk takes you from the IHS track to Stewart Park and back, and then you can refuel at the pizza party!
