After losing all my files and photos in Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 yet again and uninstalling it and reinstalling it and despite sending numerous e mails to Adobe Customer Support and receiving no response i have come to the conclusion it is a complete waste of money. I wouldnt advise anyone to buy this software from Adobe it is far too complicated and continually crashes. Adobe does not seem to have any customer support at all and their response is non existent. Does anyone have any recommendations for a photo editing system that actually does work as it should that can also edit Raw files? Suggestions would be much appreciated. Thankyou.
