After losing the ability to walk temporality, losing the ability to dress myself temporality and losing the ability to do the smallest of things for myself and After having my entire life turned upside down in a split second has made me realize how truly blessed we are just to open our eyes each new day. These things have shown me that we are blessed just to able to do for ourselves. I have always been thankful to God for everything he has done in my life and continues to do, but I have learned a greater respect for the smaller things. Miracles dont always have to come in the grand scheme sometimes it can be the in the simplest form. I appreciate each breath I take, each step. We must stop expecting the great miracles and see the ones that really matter also but are simpler . And though I still suffer with tremendous pain it is alright, because the pain today is better than the pain last month and the pain next month will be better than the pain today. So when your thanking God remember the ability to walk, the ability to talk, the ability to dress yourself , the ability to smile and all the little things that we do daily. Remember as he remembers us. to God be the glory
