After months of neglect, due to my excessive work commitments, I have found the time this week whilst on holiday, to revamp the Club website. The intention has been to automate as much of the site as possible, taking feeds from the FA Full time website and links with the SWP website which will allow the fixtures, results and league tables to be amended. Ive also configured such that each team has been appointed a Team Admin that has full access to their specific parts of the site and the content....news, goal scorers, stats, photos, events and a forum. This will remove me as a single point of failure and enable each team to keep their part of the site maintained. Another really cool feature is that the site is now linked to an iPhone and Android App which means that you can get the full site content straight to your smart phone. The overall site is still work in progress and I intend to improve the graphics over the next few days. Please feel free to send me through any photos that you would like displayed.
