After more than a week of a bad back episode my husband finally got me to the YMCA for some therapeutic exercise and stretching. After a gentle warming 15 minute walk I simply laid down on the mat and got a BIG pop in my lower back. Then proceeded through my lower back yoga stretches and got several more relieving pops. I feel so much better. Thank you my love for making me go. The time in the pool with Jonas was nice too.
