After much MUCH consideration, I have decided to try and find Sadie a new home. She has acquired Demodectic mange (very light symptoms) but it is a lot to keep up with, medically and emotionally. I know she is unhappy and unfortunately I cant afford to keep her in the medicine required. It isnt THAT much, but I just dont have it, as I am struggling myself. I picture her in a BIG yard running and playing, not cooped up in some one bedroom apartment. She is the sweetest dog I have ever owned, and because I do love her so much..............I have to do right by her. She never barks, she is very obedient and a great companion................she deserves waaaaaay more than I can give her. She has been treated, so for now she is good, but unfortunately the neighbors puppy hasnt.......thats where it originated......so it keeps resurfacing. Sadie is miserable and my heart is breaking, but I want her to go to a GREAT home. She is wonderful; with pets, kids, people in general, she loves deeply......................and she deserves the same in return...........................................................:( Also, she is a red-nosed pitt, but not a bully breed by any means. She is kind and gentle and sweet. So this is to be a FOREVER home, and I would like to visit the home where she would be living.
