After my experiences of last week I just laid on the sofa watching youtube vidoes of people going on long bicycle tours..all day..just going out and seeing the world solo. Many of you are aware of this activity. Its relatively new to me although I have seen my share of travelers when working as an ocean lifeguard. Its living. Seeing the world as it really is. Life is Good! The Rain! The Sun..all of it! When I ocean swim... its primal..soon you forget you are swimming and you blend into the ecosystem if done right. Im glad to have all of you as Facebook friends and family. Get a bike! Swim..walk enjoy this Earth. Peace
