After nearly two years juicing with a Centrifugal, ( standard juicer) I tried the Omega Single Auger Juicer. The former juicer was a chore to clean and the juice required consumption immediately. Joy of Joys , clean up is a breeze which has been the bane of the other juicer. Bottled the juice and in the fridge with no worries of Nutrient degradation. Taste is much better , pulp is dryer and more juice extracted by far. I Juiced some hemp leafs, celery , pear , apple , kale and tossed in a small piece of ginger. I have always detested drinking juiced Ginger and to my surprise it was Much more palatable ..... before I cringed, this batch was a totally different experience. Now I can make a half gallon and pop it in the fridge, freeze jars of summer stock and be freed of the Daily grind, pun intended :) experiment time :)
