After not being able to have a good sleep for sometime, I did some research on the internet about ways to help sleep. There were these usual stuff like regular exercise, caffeine cut-out, balanced diet etc etc but there was this one that really helped me last night. I was lookiing at a page about how to boost serotonin levels in the brain & found one tip about thoughts. It says that when the brain is lacking in serotonin (which is the chemical imbalance that causes depression, anxiety, etc) it is less likely for one to sleep easily. It said that serotonin is more active when happy (I kind of figured that from myself) so when youre having trouble sleeping, do remember lifes good times on your mind. It worked for me last night. I chose memories that made me almost euphoric when they happened. Next thing I knew it was late morning. Im still very tired today but Ill be trying it again tonight. I hope this helps & isnt just a bunch of rambling from a sleep deprived woman lol!. Stay safe & stay strong. Goodnight everyone! Sleep tight.
