After our morning appointment, Mr. C. and I went to his childhood neighborhood. There once was a modest three bedroom ranch which his father build in the 50s. Today it is just a vacant piece of land. A house fire 10yrs back took the life of his father and two family dogs. The land is still own by Mr. C and his sister. While walking over the property and remembering this and that, he point to this huge pine tree that he said he uprooted in the woods across the street and planted it in their side yard as a young boy..... So with that in mind, I came across a small sapling in the yard. I said to him, lets dig this up and plant it in our yard so we can watch it grow. Some memories need to be nurtured and cared for so they never leave you.
