After posting my previous infographic, I noticed that a few people (potentially more) people were trying to explain where they live. Somebody sent me a message pointing that out and she herself also wanted to explain where the lava is in terms of what they know about the island. So, heres my answer. It shows the lava flow as of yesterday (10/27) at 11:30am (Source: hvo.wr.usgs.gov/maps/) on Google Maps. Please try not to disrupt those who are evacuating, trying to survive, wondering how they are going to support their family members (including four-legged ones), and saying good-bye to their homes. (But please try not to blame those who are trying to view the lava. I believe, in general, everybody in this world is simply trying his/her best with whatever beliefs they have about the world. I want to respect that too, instead of saying we have one and only right viewpoint. So, no nasty fight on this thread, please.)
