After reading dozens of articles on what went wrong with the Atlanta snow storm last week, it seems the problem was due to 1) too much Suburban sprawl and no mass transit to suburbs 2) lack of resources to deal with snow 3) too many counties within Atlanta making decisions independently. However, Alabama seemed to get it right and their Governor called for state of emergency and shut it down. What do you think was the problem?
