After reading the comments on Yelp. & Tripadvisor I have to say it is enlightening what some folks have to say. A veggie burger dripping in meat juice??!! However the same commenter went to another restaurant in town and had something similar and it appeared that it too was somewhat greasy but it was ok there. Funny. Peoples moods for the day I am sure dictate what they write for reviews etc for business owners like me. However overall I was quite pleased to know that 99% of Mornings Cafe comments were great. I noticed more the fact that some folks meantioned the word greasy. Except for that annoying me lol! I have to say, without it your breakfast would stick to the grill and be horrible. At times when we are busy I realize that there is more oil floating around. A lot of our patrons say make those Hash Browns real crispy. Well without oil they will not be crispy golden brown. We dont hear that complaint too often about the grease but when I do as the owner it hurts my ears. :-(. I want everyones experience with us to be a great one, as all business owners do. Its your meal and you are paying for it. We strive very hard at Mornings to be the best we can be. If you are a patron that prefers not to have a lot of oil or crispy brown potatoes please do not hesitate to tell your server when you order how you feel. We will do our best to make it as special and flavorful as we can without a lot of oil or as commenters put it grease. Thank you for your patronage. We appreciate all of you.
