After reading what I wrote, I realize I might not have given a full picture. I didnt tell you about the melt-downs, the tears of frustration, then the profound humility in full experience of my weaknesses on all levels...the forgetting to call out to Amma to give me courage. Then remembering. The power of remembering. Ammas for giveness when I forget. I am praying that this experience must be removing a lot of vasana and clearing karma. I think this must be so, as it is so very deep the muddy parts of myself that I have experienced on some days. And then the clarity and then the sun comes out (literally), and then back into the fog. My bed looks out onto Acadia National Park, mountains and the expansive lawn below, too, and the little strip mall that gives light pollution at night, and so all of this....he birds and trees and weather and the whole scene are there to reflect my inner states. And, by the way, I do love fog sometimes as it is so very mystical. .
