After realising my perfect plan for Christmas dinner suddenly backfired...I was at first dismayed and horrified to find myself in the drive through at wendys..as I waited in line feeling bad I looked back at my perfectly peacefully sleeping daughter hugging her new presents with a contented look I realised something..this day is about being thankful and not necessarily about what you eat..I was very grateful to spend it with her..the take out lady got a big tip, and a huge thank you for working on Christmas day away from her family...a good reminder to always be Thankful. I hope everyone had a great day. Start the year as I mean to go on. The year of giving and making others day. Thank you to anyone who had to work today.
