After returning my rental to the Hertz office after attending the National Christian Counselor Association National Conference, I was informed that an automatic upgrade is allowed no matter my original request because I am a Gold member. Really, I was not aware was my response. The representative smiled and said Yes, no matter what car you order when you call to make your request because you are a Gold Member all you have to do is come in, look for what you want and if it is available, walk up..open the door..pick up the keys and drive off...you are a Gold member and its your privilege. My God ..cant wait to preach Its your Privilege. Can somebody who understands shout YES LORD!!!
