After scouting the Phuket area looking at all facilities Swedish professional Ice Hockey defenseman Daniel Fernholm decided to start training at Unit-27 after recent hip surgery. Working closely with Chief Instructor Dayle Hallam we were able to increase his strength, power and overall fitness. Working on a lot of Uni-lateral exercises to ensure that when it comes to the new season he will be extremely functional. A few words from Daniel below: Thank you to the whole of Unit-27 crew for the outstanding hospitality, amazing training and great facilities! A special thanks to Dayle Hallam for taking me under his wing and helping me get stronger for my upcoming season and feeing a lot better after my recent hip surgery! I still have 8 days to go and Im extremely looking forward to it ... Training with great coaches that give you 100% motivation and push you so you want to give 110%!
