After some communication with a couple members on our page, I want to reiterate that we have no problem with people wanting to tag certain posts to this wall. After all, the whole point of Facebook is social connection (such as it is.) But we need to set a few ground rules. No profanity. This is just basic common sense and good manners. Be respectful and courteous. Use language that you wouldnt mind a ninety year old nun to overhear. Err on the side of caution. If you think there might be one person out there who would be offended, just post it to your wall. Also, be selective in your posts. Theres 5000 people connected to this page. If you tag us every time you eat a cheeseburger this wall would be absolutely flooded with details that are better suited for your own wall. So be picky when you tag this page. Prayer requests, praise reports, details about upcoming meetings. These are whats best for this page. If we get emails from people saying a post is abrasive or offensive, its going to be removed. Very simple. Were not going to debate a posts merits or lack thereof. Itll just get deleted. We honestly dont have the time to police a page this size. Nor should it be necessary. So whatever is true, honest, just, pure, lovely, of a good report -- things of virtue and praise. On these things post. lol If you want to debate theology, take it to your wall.
