After spending days on my You Tube mix, I was informed by a, large, German Dance label, that a track I had included in the mix was not licensed. So they threatened to take the mix down and start court proceedings. It took me two appeals, giving them all the information I had available, as the company that licensed the tracks back in 2001 had finished trading. Fearing that all my hard work had gone to waste was a nightmare. However, I just received an email from You Tube stating that the German label have dropped their proceedings against me, so therefor will not be taking any further action. Feeling pretty pleased with myself. :-)
