After taking suggestions from people who interact with us through this page and otherwise, we have drafted a letter to the Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Mandi addressing the traffic related problems and discrimination that police does while dealing with private vehicles and government vehicles specifically highlighting the issue in which the SDMs official vehicle was parked in the non-parking zone and the police did not act while on the same day police charged a private vehicle for the same offence. We have also suggested few places in Sunder Nagar where there is urgent need for the installation of traffic lights and have requested the DC to survey the district and look for the probable places where traffic management system can be automated in the district. We have acknowledged all suggestion and feedback and we request all of you to keep sending your feedback and suggestions. A copy of this letter will be sent to the Hon. CM of Himachal Pradesh, President of Vasudha, SP Mandi, SDM Sunder Nagar and DSP Sunder Nagar. If we do not get satisfactory response then we will adopt other methods strictly.
