After talking to a customer service representative for BofA, for not even a minute, he tells me he cant help me... When I then asked if I could speak to someone who could such as one of his supervisors or managers he explained no, I cannot help you and proceeded to hang up on me. After calling back and speaking with a nice lady, she not only assisted me with my problem she also transferred me to a coherent supervisor who wrote a report on this douche. When I explained to her that my reasoning for talking to her was not to tattle tale on an employee or to get him fired for what he did, but rather to explain that he has a job as a customer service provider and if he cant assist me with customer service after 1 minute, what is he doing on the other side of my phone call... She then told me that he deserves to be fired and that the #1 rule as an operator of customer service is to never hang up on the patron... Lets just say I now hope karma gets him.✌️
