After talking with the generation that follows my own, I am proud to say that I think we are gonna be just fine. Yeah there might be a lot of dumb and crazy shit going on, but the internet has provided a glorious transformation in this world. Things I only questioned when I was 30 are now questioned by those that are 15. Imagine what the generation that comes after them will question! Some think technology is harmful, but remember it is a tool. Yeah, sure you can sit online and share cat videos, but when I see people taking free educational courses or sharing inspirational videos on how to change the world I see things a little differently. There is still a battle going on, and we cannot relent and must move onward, but I see a future that will not relinquish its abilities to a static idea of what is or what isnt, but a brave adventure to a new world that is waiting to be realized. I dont say it often, but I will now. I think were gonna be fine people, I think we are gonna be just fine. To all those that seek knowledge and to spread it, keep doing what you do. Keep asking questions, make them answer or say I dont know. See through the bullshit and call them out for it. More importantly if an institution remains static and unaware, create something better that will leave the static in the dust. You only get one chance at this, you might as well take it right?
