After the Hud Hud crisis in Vizag, both Chief Minister Chandra - TopicsExpress

After the Hud Hud crisis in Vizag, both Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu and Jagan went to console those affected by the devastating cyclone. Incidentally, while Chandra Babu slept in his bus, Jagan stayed at the Novotel at the time. This has become a point of discussion among people as they feel that while Babu slept in a ‘bus’, Jagan chose the luxurious star hotel. In fact, Babu would have been congratulated by some of his party members for his simple stay. But that is for people who are not aware of Babu’s ‘bus’. It is not the ordinary, red bus that Babu slept in. Before posting messages on Facebook to this affect, people must be aware of some facts. They must check out the interiors the bus before making such comments say the YSRCP workers. Because the bus that Babu slept in is no ordinary bus. It is a full-fledged luxury vehicle complete with a toilet, AC, bedroom and a small sit out. Such hi-end caravans are mostly used by either film stars or celebrities. They either own them or rent them out during outdoor shoots. The rent for a normal caravan comes up to Rs 10,000. Rent for a luxury caravan can go up to Rs 20,000. On the other hand, the rent for a room in Novotel Vizag will not be more than Rs 10,000 to Rs 15,000. So, what’s the difference between Babu staying in a hi-tech, luxury bus and Jagan staying at the Novotel? Also, by staying at the hotel, Jagan did not create trouble for people. Babu on the other hand had his ‘bus’ parked at the Collectorate. Due to this, the entire Collector’s office staff had to park their vehicles outside the premises. Since there was high security, no one was allowed into the premises. After Babu left for the day, they would go and bring in their vehicles. In fact, had Babu stayed in a circuit house, it wouldn’t have caused any trouble for people and his government would have saved money too. Till now, all past CMs stayed at the circuit house. So, why this financial excess for Babu? Do the TDP members have an answer for this? And the postings by the IT department on Facebook are solely to misguide people -
