After the long suspense of waiting patiently for the reveal of the new business name, we can now announce that the cafe will be called Eleacier (E-lee-see-er), some of you may have seen the new window graphic already today. Why Eleacier you may ask? After a bit of research on the internet we found out that Alsager was first recorded as Eleacier in the Domesday Book, and was a small farming village until the 19th century. We thought that this would be a perfect fit for the name of our business situated in the heart of Alsager town centre. We hope you will be able to join us when we open on Friday at 10am. This is a one off later opening time to allow us to be extra prepared for you lovely customers. Times will then continue as normal. Times can be found either on the menu or on the website eleacier.weebly. May we take this opportunity to thank you for your patience during the handover and refurb of the business premises.
