After the second day spent at the hospital with my mom I can report some improvement. My poor old 93 year old mom has been poked prodded CT scanned X-ray and IVd to the near point of torture. She has improved some but still has a long way to go. Near the point where they were asking us to leave the ICU she quietly asked me if when she went home she could sit on her front porch. With a smile and a tear I told her I would like nothing better. I guess near the end of our lives we crave the simple things. I do hope with your support and prayers she can sit and enjoy her front porch once again.
