After the victory of the 1979 Islamic Revolution in Iran, there is no place in the world that the concept of Wilayat ul-Faqih had a fertile breeding ground like Northern Nigeria & that is largely due to the effort of Sheikh Ibrahim El-Zakzaky. Initially we were Sunnis & followers of Imam Khomeini(ra) at the sametime as we beleived that the Revolutionary world-view of Imam Khomeini(ra) is the right roadmap to restored the lost glory of Islam & Muslim. Sheikh Ibrahim El-Zakzaky had suffered acute persecution in the hands of past despotic & tyrannical rulers & was unjustly imprisoned in the most notorious gulags in Nigeria to brake his will & they all failed. Today his call & followers trancends the boundaries of the Nigerian State, in countries such as Niger, Chad, Mali, Cameron Senegal etc his followers are found. There are both Shias & Sunnis among his followers though Shias are the majority. So we can all see why today the murderous Zionist let loose its dog on him by murdering three of his children.
