After the week Ive had, I should be happy with this. But Im not. Need to be fitter, just ran out of air. Thought I could do 8-10 tbh, just underestimated how unfit I am at min. Also need a break; got 3 potential comps on the cards, but think ill have to drop down to one. Anywho, heres my deficit deadlift vid from today. Raw, stood on inch and a half planks. 300kg for 5 reps. Still stiff, but slowly getting down more to bring legs in.
