After three weeks of no detectable Haarp activity in the Pacific, the SBX Haarp transmitters have been turned back on, and are holding a persistent high pressure, off the coast of California. For the previous three weeks, the Pacific jetstream was left alone, and the natural jetstream brought rain into California (even though the aerosol spraying has been extremely heavy.) My previous video SBX Haarp Prevents Sierra Snowpack https://youtube/watch?v=RwRm-... may have been the reason for the three week shutdown, in the SBX Haarp weather warfare program. It may be, that the down time was used to review the security procedures, manuals, and satellite feeds, to prevent any more proof leaking out to the public. Heavy geoengineered aerosols in the western Altantic are affecting the weather over Europe. By December 27, the UK will have extreme cold, as the jetstream drags cold air from Greenland, down into northern Europe. This is a violation of the 1978 UN ENMOD Convention, and is an act of war. International police must investigate this weather warfare, which is coming from the USA. The polar vortex will bring a month of severe cold to the central United States. This is being done as a psy-op, to convince the US congress, and the American people, that an ice age is coming. This is another delay tactic (like the IPCC), to guarantee the Arctic methane venting goes far enough, that it cannot be stopped. The actual truth, is that the world is heating VERY rapidly, and is passing the tipping point right now. So, the weather controllers, who are maintaining the polar vortex, are guilty of genocide, ecocide, and violation of internation law. With the revised security procedures, it MAY be even more difficult to prove Haarp and chemtrail activity, using public weather maps. Even so, we must all do our part, to study the skies, and weather maps. Whenever you find evidence of weather control, upload your evidence to social media. Public awareness, and public pressure (for arrest warrants and prosecutions) may be our best hope of stopping these ecocidal geoengineering programs, before it is too late. Please comment. Thank you!
