After waiting and waiting and more waiting for our builder to vacate and convert their Model home, its all ours!!! We closed today on a killer house in Spring Mesa, we now live in West Arvada - Spring Mesa... It will be an awesome neighborhood for Cora to grow up in. We were fortunate to find a turn key new build in a isolated neighborhood, on a cul-de-sac, 4 car garage, one of the largest lots in the area, city and mountain views, three award winning dedicated parks in a community with more open space than lot space. Kirstan Spillman-Sandoval came back full circle to her home town. Its a great move we are now close to family... 7 minutes from Grandparents Dr. Kent & Carol Spillman and 10 minutes from Brother Brett Spillman, Jacy Spillman and cousin Harrison. We are so fortunate and excited to be close to family! I swear we are not moving again for a very long time! Now 4 months of construction starts Monday building out the basement and a new patio... End of summer BBQ & Coras Birthday party will be held in Sept!
