After waking up with a very sore shoulder, I had a lovely relaxing acupuncture session at @Mississippi Health Center yesterday and was able to move without hurting by the evening (when I needed to care for a preemie twin family). Highly recommend this gentle approach and lovely office of my friends @Beth Yohalem-Ilsley LAc and Dr Justin Ilsley. I also found out some cool stuff about this practice!
