After watching GODS NOT DEAD, I think back to when I was pretty angry with God. Before Rip Sean Raven Calhoun I was pregnant prior, and I miscarried that baby. I was told that I could never have children after that baby. There was nothing I wanted more than a child. I can remember closing myself off to God. But then something amazing happened I was blessed with Sean. Seans name means Gods gift, and he definitely was! In my 5th month of pregnancy is when I found out that he had a major heart defect, and he would likely not be living at the time of his birth. He proved the doctors wrong, that was Gods will. His prognosis was never good, always so many numbers and statistics. 2 years later I was blessed again with Damien Calhoun, a healthy baby. A brother and a best friend to and for Sean. Sean was always spiritual, and faithful to God and his word. My son changed that for me, but this movie renewed that faith and trust even more so! So many times I have prayed and thought it went unnoticed, but look at the things he has done already for me and my family. He gave me light for 12 years when doctors said you have limited time. That limited time was never 12 years. I believe that Sean was a gift to put me back on the right path, and Damien is here to keep me there! GODS NOT DEAD!
