After years of providing our customers with two different payment gateways and maintaining a different option to incorporate PayPal processing, we have decided to move to a single easy system. GNLD Gateway replacing PayPal For a while now, we have had PayPal as our official payments gateway and fund processor However, we do regularly see our customers have problems with the visual layout and steps involved during the checkout process as a result. Secondly the costs and services offered by paypal no longer support our business model. We have attempted to find a workable and local Australian solution that is affordable, but we have not been able to establish a workable partnership. Therefore we have decided to move away from using MyShop.net.aus intergrated PayPal payments processing and fully rely on the GNLD payment gateway offered through MyShop.gnld.net with immediate effect. Free Shipping or Discounts through GNLD only The result of moving away from PayPal was not taken lightly, but it also means that we no longer offer customers retail discounts, including free shipping or otherwise. Our historical discounts have been substantial, so much so, that on we have often sold the products well below our actual costs. Instead, we have decided - moving forward and with immediate effect - to solely rely on the default GNLD distributorship warehouse shipping website, which provides these superior products at the recommended retail prices. This does not mean you cannot buy them wholesale (25% discount) or have them shipped for free (Distributors can establish a specified repeat monthly auto ship order). In fact, we strongly suggest our regular customers register with GNLD directly here, to continue to save big on their favourite products! Android/iPhone App Our Android and iPhone app will also be de-registered as soon as possible and no longer available for actual purchases. This is because we cannot link directly to, or control the content of, the GNLD warehouse site, as well as this service being in conflict with the GNLD distributorship agreement. This has been quite expensive in the making and we are sorry to see it go. MyShop.net.au website Our website will continue to display GNLD product information and provide a link to the new standard process. However, customers will no longer be required, or able, to login and the default paypal checkout process will no longer be functional. With immediate effect our new retail website for paying and ordering products will be MyShop.gnld.net.
