After yesterdays disappointing #meatlessmonday, I have had to force feed my staff lemon pancakes all morning. Wondering whether or not to continue with it, but it is something I believe in. Maybe others will in time, when they realise that we have 50% less wild life than we did 40 years ago, and the human population has trebled. If we all make that little change of just one day a week, hopefully we can slow down deforestation. I dont often like to air my views or stand on a soap box, so forgive me.
