Afternoon guys Sunny spells and scattered showers (some heavy and thundery) pretty much sums up the forecast for this afternoon and into this evening. Thunderstorms already firing In the North of the region where the charts suggested most of the available energy would be situated. As the day progresses the heaviest of the showers will move more towards the East coast but as it is with convective weather it can change in the blink of an eye due to a number of reasons like wind direction, sudden increase in humidity, available energy.... the list goes on. Maximum Temperature 16 °C Tonight, any showers will tend to die away for a while allowing clear spells to develop. In the early hours of the morning further occasionally heavy showers will arrive, although mainly along the coast where it will become breezy. Minimum temperature 7 °C.
