Again, I agree with everything Andrew Napolitano says in this lecture on natural rights...everything EXCEPT that the Constitution was formed by the states instead of the PEOPLE of the states. I understand what he means when he says this because he believes in state nullification, as do I, but in reality, saying the People of the United States formed the Constitution as opposed to the STATES still allows for the idea of state nullification, simply because the state governments represent the very PEOPLE of the states who allow the Constitution to exist. https://youtube/watch?v=4orlWZeF6sg Its a matter of word difference, perhaps, semantics. But I think it makes all the difference to leave PEOPLE in there and not just the STATES, because saying the states formed the Constitution means they can get rid of it and that they assume all powers not given to it, but as the 10th Amendment says, all powers not granted to the federal government are reserved by the states OR to the people, meaning the people reserve as much sovereign power to themselves as is efficient, meaning the state governments are not all powerful as they think they are.
