Again, New York shows its racism. Eric Linsker, a Baruch professor of English, is accused of throwing a metal garbage can at officers and breaking the nose of an officer and he is arrested without any physical abuse from the officers. He is released by the judge without bail. He walks out smiling. This shows that police officers are trained to arrest without causing injury or death. Somehow, when it comes to black men and boys excessive force is the only option. Hence, Eric Garner, I cant breathe. whose hands were up in submission, certainly did NOT deserve to die at the hands of an officer who used excessive force on camera for the world to witness. RACISM needs to be killed and buried.
