Again this weekend Kian Andersen played a good game of badminton. It was in Hungaria at Hungarian International Series. He came all the way from qualification, played 3 matches here to defeat Martin Vicen, Slovakia, Petter Yngvesson, Sweden and finally Mathias Mundbjerg, Denmark. In the main event he played himself into the semifinal stage after beating: Peter Correl, Denmark (have your eyes open for this guy in the future) Steffan Rasmussen, Denmark (super player from Odenses Ligateam) and Iztok Utrosa, Slovenia (hard hitter and Slonenia number 1). In the semifinal he was facing Ernesto Velaques, Spain. This was to much for Kian Andersen and he lost 21-14, 21-16 to a guy that played better than Kian yesterday. Anyway well done again Kian!
