Agenda 21 is based around the idea that a world-wide system must be set-up, to save the planet, from humans, which are destroying it, with their cars, air conditioners, refrigerators, and all around high standards of living. The planners of the Agenda want to have complete control over all of the resources in the world, in order to implement sustainable, or smart, growth, which includes the reduction of the standard of living of people in first-world countries.
