Agendas have been released for Mondays school board meetings in Cedar Falls and Waterloo. The Waterloo Board of Education will meet at 6pm. Included on their agenda is approval of the negotiation team for contract negotiations with the Waterloo Education Association (WEA), approval of Chromebook and iPad purchases, approval of funding for the 2015-2016 At-Risk Education programs, and the first reading of minor changes to Board Policy 603.9 - Use of Instructional Technology. The Cedar Falls School Board will begin their meeting at 7pm. Their agenda includes approval of a SBRC Special Education administrative cost request from Woodward Granger, final acceptance of the 2014 Southdale and North Cedar classroom remodeling projects, and approval of the 2015-2018 AFSCME negotiated agreement. The Cedar Falls Superintendent’s report will include an information report on Student Services and RSP & Associates - process discussion.
