Ah! Good time! Good time! It feels great to get detach from the world and just focusing plus relaxing in the world of video games every now and then...(Its been a while in my case really...) Now if I look back...what my college teacher said back then was quite true...the irony of becoming a game developer is that you starting to realize that your time to play other peoples games are getting less and less, which is very true in my case. Back then, I could finish multiple games in a month or so, but last year, I only manage to finish less than 10 games. Tonight Ive finished my first game in 2015, Transistor from Super Giant Games and it was quite a meaningful playing experience. I must say, it feels great to finish games that coming from other game developer every now and then. Just like great wine, interesting movie or book...in order for you to understand more about what makes them great, you need to taste what other did and learn from there. That way it really helps me sharpen my instinct (and taste) as a video game creator. A holiday like this is sure a great way to wind down, just forgetting work and other things for just a couple of day...things like this makes me grateful to be alive. #temporaryindulgence Well anyways, here is a song from Transistor game called Sandbox for you to chill out in your New Year Day.
