Ah, day 20 – coulda gone better…! It’s sale time at the studio – talk about STRESSVILLE. Not only am I a resident, I’m the damn mayor. Got up this morning, had coffee, coconut oil, ½ green pepper stuffed with ground beef and grape tomatoes, 1 raw zucchini and some roasted broccoli. Delicious, filling. Packed a nice lunch – left over pork loin chopped with carrot sticks, zucchini sticks and a hard cooked egg, banana. Realized bag was full and switched to back pack… left lunch at home. Got to studio, no lunch, just grapes and brie as far as the eye could see. I got fresh bananas, almonds, banana chips at No Frills and noshed on almonds and chips, had fresh fruit (banana, a few strawberries, teeny orange) and muyo tea. Kept me going til supper, left studio and went with Laz to see the movie Captain Philips with Tom Hanks almost straight away. Nibbled on a bit of popcorn, but mostly drank water and had tea and a banana when I got home. Tomorrow is the last day of the sale, scout’s honour, I will do BETTER
