Ah the budget...more tinkering with something man mad which is presented as being something organic. Truth is economists dont have a bloody clue whats going on, governments simply manipulate the whole system to suit there own ideological tendencies and the people - remember them? thats you and me! Well we can get stuffed unless we pose some sort of threat as a group to re-election. Big business has control over government, pressure groups have some effect over government but the biggest group - the group made up of individuals who dont form a coherent and powerful lobby - have no input into government beyond ticking the box and helping maintain the status quo!
