Ahhh, Happy New Year everybody!! 2014 is finally done and dusted! This year saw me completing my Diploma in Photo-imaging and meeting a whole bunch of amazing people! I found a few new hobbies and tried my hand a sewing, propmaking and accessory designing. Had my first exhibit and was lucky enough to take home a few awards from my graduating night!. Ive never been one for new years resolutions but Im so excited to get new things underway in 2015! Ive found my passion lies in the whimsical and wonderful and I plan to follow this pathway with my artwork in the new year! In the next coming month or so Ill be sharing with you a new exciting fantasy photo package!! Im super excited to get this all happening and Ive been busily dress designing, theme-thinkin and prop-making! The Rise of the Guardians of Mother Nature series was a pretty awesome milestone in my photography that helped me form future ideas. The series took a couple months in planning and was used for my end of year major portfolio. I had an amaazing group of talented and fun creatives help out in this series and it means so much to me seeing it all come to life! I love seeing love and support in amongst the local art scene and its been so great to know I have so many people who seem to enjoy my work!! Im so grateful for every single person who has helped me, worked with me and inspired me to do what I do! I hope everyone has an amazing new year!!! I thought Id share a few behind the scenes pictures from the RGMN series, it was so much fun to work with and this may give you an idea of all the hard work and effort everyone put into it :D!! xoxo
