Ahhhh. The Clippers have headed to New York City and it has been awesome that Saturday and Sunday Nights afforded some rest. All week long the Committee here thought that the crews had to be entertained well into the early morning hours with the loud driving rhythms that keep one awake all night long. We had a pleasant trip over to Hellshire yesterday afternoon for the dedication of the St. Peters Methodist Church. PAPAs Ministries contributed a substantial amount of funds to be sure that the church was able to fully open (we invested in the sewage system). They had a large crowd and it was a spectacular day. Another milestone for me was that I drove home from there. It was the first time I have driven here in Jamaica since my April 5 accident. Thank goodness for Automatic Transmissions. Today, Kay took me to San San beach for some water therapy. It was a lot more challenging that I thought it would be. If one has two good working legs, it would have been awesome with bright sunshine and a light chop. For me, I couldnt get my balance even holding on to a boogie board and while I really like to do things myself and was a bit grouchy about it, I would have drowned without Kays help. Back to the ocean on Wednesday if we can work it out.
