Ahhhh #Verizon, see, you CAN do repairs in less than 4 days. All it took was me going off on a few people and asking why such a profitable conglomerate such as this cant afford enough technicians to service their customers in a timely manner. And yes, I did ask them if there was a national disaster I was unaware of, if my house moved to Lithuania or if my tech had to come from Nebraska....because it was just that ludicrous. Obviously, they got my point. Sad that you have to go through so much to get decent service, but alas, my internet and phone were back up and running by 8:10 this morning. Michelle Casale, last I knew you were still without internet....and its been like 6 days now....would you like me to call them? Or get Gina Cocchia Foresman on the phone, shell rip into them way more than I ever could. We consumers must stand up for what we pay for.....service.
