Ahmad asked... hello there; I just ordered an acoustic fretless 6 string bass, my first in all three aspects since I usually play fretted 4 string electrics, and I have two questions actually; the bass nick is unmarked for frets at all, not even side dots, and Im not sure if there are any techniques that I need to know about playing it as Im a complete beginner in fretless, do you recommend any? one more thing, I guess Im going to change the strings once I get the bass from the stock that it already comes with into a good quality ones, round-wound probably, do you recommend any particular strings? Im flexible when it comes to the price but I sure am looking for something at a reasonable price ideas?
